Whistleblowing System (WBS)
PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera (SMS) uses an integrated whistleblowing system with Samora Group as the parent company.
This system is available for employees, partners, or external parties to report suspected ethical violations, abuse of authority, or unlawful acts. All reports are managed independently and confidentiality is guaranteed.
Through this WBS, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and integrity-driven work environment across all company lines.

The types of violations that can be reported include any legal or Company Regulation violations committed by Samora Group employees related to the Samora Group work environment or closely related to their position/role at Samora Group, including but not limited to:
- Requests for money (bribes), facilities, discounts, conveniences, and gratuities in any form.
- Promises to be appointed as a supplier, vendor, consultant, or employed as an employee outside of the mechanisms regulated by the Company.
- Threats, hate speech, incitement, and all forms of defamation.
- Discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, physical appearance, family background, social status.
- Harassment, indecent acts, publishing pornography and pornographic actions in the workplace.
- Distributing items prohibited by law and regulations (drugs, etc.).
- Carrying sharp weapons, firearms to the workplace or during official duties.
- Fraudulent actions that can harm the company's finances.
- Actions that pose risks to occupational safety and health.
- Any form of forgery and fraud on behalf of the company.
- Other matters that can be categorized as violations of law and company regulations.
